Trusha Apolinario has studied Ayurveda since 2003 under the tutelage and expertise of Ayurvedic Practitioner Hakeem Pawo. She began her apprenticeship as a Pancha Karma Technician in 2004 and finds administering these therapies a profoundly transformative and meditative experience. Trusha is a Certified Meditation Instructor through MahaSiddha Dharma, Good Earth's parent non-profit organization. She also is a certified Pilates Instructor through Pilates of La Jolla and Pilates Italia - seamlessly blending body movement with mindful awareness while teaching her private clientele. Trusha has been teaching private Pilates since 2002 in La Jolla, San Diego and San Francisco.
