Malika Rani is passionate about creating and inspiring well being through the yogic sciences, integrative bodywork, and personal coaching. Since 2003, she has applied Ayurveda to her life through consults and study with Ayurvedic Practitioner Hakeem Pawo and is currently completing her training as a Pancha Karma Technician. Malika has been offering bodywork and pre/post natal massage since 2002, integrating deep tissue, swedish-esalen, shiatsu, acupressure, and structural alignment techniques. She has applied her degrees in Psychology and Religious Studies to her personal coaching practice and course facilitation with the Arete Center for Excellence and Authentic SF. Malika is also trained as a Doula/Birth Assistant and has worked with children since 1987. Malika is a Certified Meditation Instructor as well as the Volunteer Coordinator for MahaSiddha Dharma, Good Earth's parent non-profit organization.
