CJ Loduca has been studying Ayurveda since 2004 and training as a Pancha Karma Technician Assistant under the supervision of Ayurveda Practitioner Hakeem Pawo since 2006. CJ was the Head Ayurvedic Chef for MahaSiddha Retreat Center for 3 years and resident Ayurvedic Chef for Sivananda Yoga Retreat for 1 year. He currently caters large retreats and co-leads Ayurvedic Cooking classes. CJ is also pursuing a degree in Psychology and is a talented guitarist, singer and songwriter. CJ has participated in Hatha Yoga Trainings and is a Certified Meditation Instructor.
